• Top the Tater Guacamole

Taco Fiesta Top the Tater and guacamole are a match made in heaven – your friends will be desperate to know your secret ingredient.

Ingredients

3 Avocados
1 small tomato
1/2 a yellow onion
1 tsp salt
Juice from 1 lime
2 tbsp cilantro *optional*
2 tbsp Top the Tater

Preparation

1. Cut open the avocados and remove the pit. Add the inside to a small mixing bowl.
2. Use a fork or potato masher to mash together the avocado, lime juice and salt.
3. Chop the tomato, onion and cilantro into small pieces. Add them to the bowl along with the top the Tater and mix it all in.
4. Enjoy with chips, tacos or anything you use guacamole for.
