Simple, yet exquisite – as all things Top the Tater should be.

Ingredients
1 cup thawed, frozen chopped spinach
1 and 1/2 cups frozen artichoke hearts
3/4 cup Top the Tater
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
- Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup of water until tender and drain. Discard liquid.
- Heat Top the Tater in microwave for 1 minute or until hot and soft.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and serve hot.
